Sky Brightness given by the User

The observer can set a brightness of the sky in ${\frac{{\mathrm{mag}(\mathrm{VEGA})}}{{\Box \mathrm{arcsec}}}}$ for the zenith. It is the brightness of the sky for the filter used for the observation.
